Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a VPS is a difficult duty. You either have to do the work on your own and dedicate your time to monitoring your virtual server, or, alternatively, you have to deploy a third–party solution whose only responsibility will be to monitor your virtual server. And this is exactly where our Optional Managed Services offer will comes in real handy. With it, your VPS server will be added to our own custom–made server managing system, which will keep an eye on all the essential tasks. And in the event of any service problem, our system administrators will be informed immediately and they will fix the trouble as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your data is mandatory – you never know when something would go wrong. And having ordered the Optional Managed Services offer, you can enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to install or configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies are stored on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard disk drives. It means that your content will always be secure, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have complete freedom to run any script or service on your server. However, a part of the scripts are harder to install and might require some extra setup from you. This is where our Optional Managed Services package will come in real handy. It features 30 min of installation & problem–solving duties – which means you’ll be able to literally hire one of our trained server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of app that you want. Alternatively have him fix a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an extra feature for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
