A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We’ll transfer your site(s) to our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesirable network downtime. This is the reason why we’ll do all that for you for free!We have highly skilled administrators whose principal assignment is to make certain that your web site functions precisely as it did on your former hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based on famous scripts such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, since there are a lot of variables, among them the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to transfer your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the content is not large).

A: Yep. We’ll need to have the name of the website that you want us to migrate. We will also require a means to log in to your old web hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your website.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose the exact same info you have provided to your old host. We do not support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, because we do not provide Windows hosting services ourselves.In addition, we do not support proprietary site building and administration interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
